NECS's Leadership program supports young men in reaching their full potential through holistic mental health, wellness, and leadership development. In a safe, supportive space, participants engage in group discussions, social activities, field trips, and fitness.

In partnership with A Call To Men, students explore healthy manhood and character-building through the Live Respect curriculum—proven to increase understanding of gender equity and violence prevention.

This program empowers young men to form a strong moral identity and equips them to make meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond.
