Arianna Hurtado

College Application Prep Coach | Artistic Director | Program Coordinator

Arianna Hurtado

Arianna graduated high school at the top of her class, class president, involved in 20 clubs and extracurriculars, a community advocate, and overall leader. During high school, Arianna was clearly an overachiever and had a mission to get into her dream school no matter the obstacle. She graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts on a full ride where she obtained a BFA in Drama with a minor in Business Entertainment Media and Technology.


Arianna knows how important service and social justice is to our community and is dedicated to the mission of New Era Creative Space. She looks forward to continuing to be an integral part of NECS.


Arianna knows how important community service and social justice are to our community. She is an active community leader, advocate, and volunteer.


Her initial involvement with NECS was in 2007 when she participated in “The Lorax” as the Lorax. In the 2020 summer she made a full circle when she was asked to apply for the development intern. Arianna was asked to come on as an administrative assistant and quickly promoted to Program Coordinator in Fall 2021. Arianna has skills in fundraising, project management, website design, strategic planning, program management, and overall organization.


She is also one of NECS’ Teaching Artists. Arianna graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she obtained a BFA in Drama with a minor in Business Entertainment Media and Technology. Arianna directed the CTC play "The Art of Speaking" in 2021 and has directed smaller local plays in Peekskill for ages 6-18.


Arianna lives in Peekskill, NY with her family. On her free time she enjoys learning, writing, hiking, and the performing arts.


She looks forward to continuing to be an integral part of New Era Creative Space.
