Rosario serves as the Administrative Assistant at New Era Creative Space, where her background in higher education has fueled her passion for youth empowerment. Prior to joining NECS, Rosy also held several administrative and teaching positions. As a former Lecturer and Modern Language Technology Center Manager at Rochester Institute of Technology, she led efforts to integrate instructional technology and successfully implemented digital learning strategies in the classroom.

Rosario holds a Bachelor in Spanish Literature and a Masters in Humanities with a concentration in Caribbean Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo. During her graduate studies, she studied abroad in Cuba and Mexico, where she explored the intricacies of Spanish culture and expanded her global perspective.

In her free time, you will find Rosy running races with NY Road Runners, reading, or enjoying a Broadway show. Rosy and her husband are proud parents of three daughters and a cuddly mini poodle.
