The Mentoring (Men Entering) into Manhood program is a weekly course at New Era Creative Space using the "A Call to Men" curriculum to guide young men in 8th grade and up. Led by Ralph Crump and Mike Salaberrios, the program focuses on integrity, emotional intelligence, exposure to experiences that the young men might not otherwise have access to and purpose during the transition to adulthood.

This program empowers young men to form a strong moral identity and equips them to make meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond.
