Dawn Norris is a marketing communications and digital design leader with extensive experience in brand development, visual storytelling, and creative strategy. Through thoughtful design and cohesive creative direction, she ensures the NECS message is delivered clearly, consistently, and with impact across platforms. Before officially joining the team in April 2021, Dawn volunteered her time and talents for many years, providing design support and backstage assistance while her daughters participated in NECS Children’s Theater and Leadership programs.
